Our mission is to develop young talents in Food Science and Technology who aim for a career in the international food industry.
We strive to provide a multidisciplinary, carefully selected set of skills that have the highest relevance for the food industry of today and tomorrow. The programme therefore combines technology, business acumen and project management elements and is designed and run by leading members from both academia and industry in a uniquely integrated way.
We also aim to offer a fostering ground to develop the abilities for intercultural team work, which is increasingly important in industry. Throughout the team projects that are a major part of this programme, students collaborate with their peers originating from very diverse backgrounds all across the world.
