The select group of international students enrolled in the European Master in Food Studies programme are privileged to receive training from both top-university academic staff and respected experts in the industry. They share their insights gleaned from significant real-world experience as they prepare the food industry’s leaders of tomorrow.
In addition to the courses at our four partner universities that comprise the academic modules, academic staff teach and supervise students during the thesis project. They do this in close collaboration with a supervisor from the participating company. The Team Project is supervised by dedicated coaches in collaboration with academic staff and industry experts.
The faculty’s diverse backgrounds provide a rich source of various teaching methods which contribute significantly to the participants’ training of adapting to cultural and international differences.
