Application step 1

Future students apply to the MSc programme Food Technology according to the application-guidelines of Wageningen University.

Future MSc students (non EU) deadline 1 May 2014. Please note that for a number of fellowships programmes, the application should be completed in the first months of the year.
Future MSc students (EU) deadline 15 July 2014
Future MSc students (Dutch) deadline 1 August 2014

Additionally the European Master applicant should include:

  • Clearly state in your statement of motivation why you wish to enrol in the European Master in Food Studies programme!
  • Send in your cirriculum vitae according to the Europass CV-format.
  • 2 letters of recommendation, to be sent directly to Wageningen University by the referees. Please use the format provided (word document)
After receipt of the application package by Wageningen University, the applicant will recieve a confirmation. The application file will be transferred to the academic board of admissions of Wageningen University, who will judge the applicant. The applicant will be notified on this decision. This takes 4-6 weeks on average.

Upon admission the applicant will recieve information concerning registration and payment of tuition.

After admission to the MSc Food Technology, the applicant has to confirm application to the European Master in Food Studies (step 2)


Application step 2

After receipt of the applicants confirmation of application to the specialisation European Master in Food Studies, the application file will be transferred tot the Executive board of the Foundation European Masters in Food.
 
A personal interview may complete the admission procedure.

As from January the Executive board will judge the applications monthly. Applicants will be notified whether she or he is admitted, is put on hold for a second judgement or is rejected.
