18th edition, 2016-2018

For the Team Project course the students of the 18th edition are placed in two teams. Both teams started from the brief: “How to seduce elderly people to eat a nutritious richer food product, fitting in their current eating habits.” One team is now working on Fiducia Ice cream – containing avocado. The project of the other team is called: Overnoats – a ready-to-eat fermented porridge with oats and quinoa. Click here for more information about the unique concept of the EMFS Team Project.
